Shipping destinations:

• We ship to all African countries.

Shipping times:

• Local orders (Nigeria) take 1-4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business day for weekday orders and ship the following Monday for weekend orders.
• International orders take 4-8 business days to be delivered via DHL Express and we ship within same 1 business day for weekday orders and ship the following Monday for weekend orders.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Local orders will be charged for shipping depending on your location. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
• International orders will be charged for shipping depending on your country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We also accept offline payments via direct bank deposit in Nigeria.
• Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Nigerian Naira.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 24 hours Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@haru.ng with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 business day if placed on a weekday or the following Monday if placed on a weekend.

Why is your price higher than the same item on the Weverse store?

In all, our prices are cheaper than the items on Weverse when compared to buying individually. The initial price seen on the Weverse store excludes shipping and customs costs. Once you add all together, the total is higher than ours.

Shopping at HARU eliminates the hassle of having to deal with customs and paying exorbitant fees.

Also, shipping is free when you spend N10,000 and above in our store (local orders only).
